I advise clients on user experience design and research with a focus on usability. I work with clients in a range of industries, such as government, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications. My reports identify usability issues and offer actionable recommendations to improve the user experience. I have presented over 30 presentations that persuasively communicated findings and recommendations to clients, including C-level executives.
Worked with computer science researchers from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, University of Michigan School of Information, and Senior UX researchers at Google to design link-centric phishing warnings for Gmail.
Assisted with the research, design, front-end development, and the launch of Yerbba’s medical platform for patients with breast cancer. Ensured that the product is usable, accessible, and functional for patients through design sessions, interviews, and usability testing. In addition, I ensured that the front-end development and design systems were in sync with designers and developers.
Worked with Dr. Florian Schaub in conducting usable security and privacy research. Conducted research on children's conceptualization of digital privacy, the privacy issues of phone numbers, and security education. Uncovered privacy behaviors and mental models through interviews, surveys, experiments, and participatory design.
